Global Consumer Products Company

Acquired by a multi-national company which then resulted in a subsequent change in presidents, this consumer giant needed a company-wide analysis of its structure and management roles. As a result of engaging BOVA Enterprises, and using a systematic approach of discovery, BE uncovered several findings, one of which was a lack of organization-wide capability in their technology department. This lack of cohesion within the company was not only costing the company money, but severely hampered its ability to serve the organization as a whole.

Fortune 500 Company

This company, with subsidiaries across Europe, assumed that the roles and job titles in each country were similar. And it was assumed that the work was nearly identical for each title, at each location. Through BOVA Enterprises’ systematic research and discovery, an analysis on the roles in finance and technology uncovered a dramatically different landscape. Roles were quite diverse – in both the higher and lower hierarchy of the organization – which resulted in a significant impact on compensation and benefits.

Educational Institution

This university needed a long-term, sustainable approach for building women leaders. The complexity of the problem fit nicely with BOVA’s skillset – the ability to address many issues within one program. The solution involved a multi-tiered, long term approach to infuse leadership skills during their time at the university and beyond by incorporating businesses and alumnae and engaging the women throughout the program.

Executive Advising

A skilled departmental manager was promoted to General Manager of the company. While highly successful in his own field, BOVA Enterprises provided the feedback and support this executive needed to ensure future success. We worked in an advisory role to inform and consult with the executive, helping him gain the operating skills needed to address multiple responsibilities.
